1. Chair’s welcome and apologies for absence.
2. Minutes of the 2009 Annual General Meeting were moved, seconded and agreed.
3. Annual Report for 2009.  The annual report for 2009 was approved.
   1. The Financial Account for 2009 was presented and accepted.  A vote of thanks was passed for the treasurer’s labours.
   2. Elections to the Executive Committee – The following were nominated and returned unopposed:
