I have put a more detailed statement on the TSSA page and so won't repeat myself here.  Our rep Martin Hodges has now been dismissed by Virgin trains, TSSA have referred it to our solicitors.  At present I don't have any information regarding further campaigning, but will put it on the webpage when I get it.   Sorry to bring bad news.
